At Wornside, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on the destination country and customs processing. These timeframes are estimates. While we do our best to meet them, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, courier capacity, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free delivery on all orders. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers should be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. Wornside cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In cases where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
